At Gift Flowers Malaysia, we understand that our customers may have questions or concerns in regards to some of the products and services we provide. Q: What currency is accepted on your website?
A: All prices displayed on Gift Flowers Malaysia are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
Q: How do I pay for my flowers?
A: You can pay for your purchase through one of our secure payment gateways on Gift Flowers Malaysia. We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal and MOLPay. Payment can be made via direct deposit into banks and direct bank transfer. Alternatively, if you do not want to make payment online, we can assist to process your payment with offline facilities.
Q: Gift Flowers Malaysia will not accept my credit card. How do I pay?
A: Whilst we endeavor to accept most major credit cards, some forms of payment may not be available on our website. If you experience any problems with your credit card payment, please contact our customer services team on 603 2276 5878 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Our representatives will be happy to assist you with your purchase using an alternative payment method.
Q: Is it safe to make payment on Gift Flowers Malaysia?
A: Only relevant information to complete payment is captured and any information sent to us during the purchasing process is encrypted to prevent any unauthorized access to all information and data.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to the proposed delivery time to receive a full refund. If we receive your request to cancel less than 48 hours prior to delivery you will be charged RM60 to cover administrative costs.
You can cancel your order quickly and easily by contacting our customer services team on 603 2276 5878 or send an email to email@example.com with your name and order number.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to cancel your order if your purchase has already been packed or dispatched and you will be liable to pay the full price of the original order.
Q: When will my flowers be delivered?
A: If you place your order before 12pm on a weekday, your purchase may be eligible for same day delivery depending on the delivery suburb area. Same day deliveries will usually reach the recipient between 4:00 – 6:00pm. Areas outside Selangor and Ampang will be eligible for next day delivery. In the event of any delays dues to traffic conditions or other accidents, our customer service representatives will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Q: The delivery address I provided is incorrect. What will happen to my order?
A: All our customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are correct and accurate. Unfortunately, Gift Something SDN BHD cannot be held responsible for any failed or incorrect deliveries as a result of the following:
- The recipient is not present at the delivery address during the proposed time and date of delivery
- Delivery address is inaccurate or incorrect
- There is insufficient information about the recipient to complete the delivery
- The recipients’ contact telephone number is invalid or incorrect.
If you realize that you have provided incorrect information, please contact customer services on 603 2276 5878 at your earliest convenience.
In the event that we are unable to deliver your order on the first attempt, the purchaser will be required to meet all additional delivery charges.
We will endeavor to attempt a re-delivery again within 24 hours, however if we are unable to locate the purchaser or recipient to arrange for redelivery on the same or next working day, we may be required to replace your entire order to ensure that only the freshest blooms are used in your flower arrangement. The replacement of flowers will be charged at 70% of the original price.
Q: When will my order be delivered if there are bad weather or traffic conditions?
A: In the event that we encounter serious weather or traffic conditions on your proposed delivery date, delivery of your order will be temporarily suspended to ensure the safety of our delivery personnel. We will resume all deliveries once weather or traffic conditions clear up, and your order will be delivered to the same intended delivery location within 24 hours.
Q: What happens to my order is the recipient is not present at the time of delivery?
A: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery and there is no one present to accept delivery of the flowers on their behalf, we will take the necessary measures to attempt delivery based on your choice of action during checkout. If we are unable to complete delivery, or are required to re-arrange another delivery time/date, additional fees may apply.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Track the progress of your order easily and conveniently, by providing your order number to one our customer service representatives on 603 2276 5878 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: We are unable to make any adjustments for orders that are in the process of being prepared or in transit.
For orders that are yet to be prepared, changes will be accepted based on the customer’s request and our availability of materials and flowers to meet the requirements.
The purchaser may be charged additional fees as determined by the type of changes requested. Any differences in value will not be refunded. Gift Flowers Malaysia reserves the right to decline any adjustment requests.
Q: Do you deliver during weekends and public holidays?
A: Our same day delivery service is not available during weekends and public holidays, including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
We advise our customers to make early arrangements if they require their flowers to be delivered on a weekend or public holiday to avoid disappointment.
Q: How do I know if Gift Flowers Malaysia has received my order?
A: You will receive an automated email confirmation will be sent out within 30 minutes of placing your order online. We advise all customers to ensure that they provide their email address accurately and to check their junk mail folder. If you still have not received your email confirmation after placing an order online, please contact our Customer Service team at 603 2276 5878.

A: Gift Flowers Malaysia delivers to the following suburb areas: Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Penang, Sabah, Perak, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor.
